I am being completely serious when I tell you that I learned more from you in that short free session than I've learned from my acrylic teacher  for the past month.  I can't thank you enough for your attention and generosity...Besides your ease with the paint brush, you are just a lovely person to be around.  I'm so glad I made the trip to Jerry's on Saturday.

I'm totally blown away by your work.  So much of it is exactly what I hope to do some day.

Hi Lou Ann,

Thanks for taking time to share with me about your creative process. What you shared about choosing subjects (or I guess really, subjects choosing your heart, hands and talent) was a light bulb for me. I can already tell that seeing through my heart will be so much better than searching all over the place trying to figure out what to paint and where to start. To honor your request, I will try to get bold enough to share what I paint. Our conversation was my favorite thing of the day. Thanks again.

Hi Lou Ann,

Just wanted to say that I really enjoyed your workshop on Saturday.  I did leave feeling successful and I learned so much.  You are an excellent teacher, very patient and freely giving of information.  

Thank you again for being willing to teach us and I hope you will give another class in the winter months. 

I enjoyed looking at your web page this morning.  I loved your stretched out cats; they made me chuckle.

The garden club ladies loved your class. A couple of them are interested in doing more. My sister was here  and I showed her what you did with the class. She loved it. In fact my sister went to Jerry's before she left and bought paint, notecards, and brushes (you've created an artist). I thought the flower pedals were perfect for beginners and all had a great result. Thank you for making the class fun, informative, and positive.

I have been so proud of my bird on the beach that I painted in your class, and many of my friends were amazed that it was the

first thing I ever painted. You were EXCELLENT for a beginner! I really felt like I could do this.
