Was their ever a time when flip flops didn't exist? I can remember when they were less than a dollar! Opps! Did I give away something? I can remember when no one wore them in the winter, they all use to be some bright color, and they didn't go with everything. This painting is a watercolor and I used warm colors glazed with cool colors for the shadows. I think they look hot to the touch!

Nite Moods
Summer breezes makes my hair dance. Cool sand squishes between my toes and then my eyes are fixed on the moon light shimmering on the ocean. It's eye candy and I can't get enough! For me, its a moment that nearly takes my breath. A scene I crave. A healing place. MaimeriBlu watercolors on watercolor paper.

Yupo Tulip
Yupo Tulip
Slick, slick, slick! Slick as glass. That is Yupo. Its 100% polypropylene or simply put, plastic paper. This was painted with MaimeriBlu watercolors that stay so vibrant on the YUPO paper. I love the bright colors and the way they form beautiful organic shapes on the Yupo paper. Just plain fun to paint on Yupo!
